Hi there,
I have a question and maybe you can help me with it.
I made a one-pager with the Jevelin theme.
Now i have the following problem. I also have some pages in a submenu in the main menu. But when i’m in mobile view and i go to a page from the submenu the following issue arises. After i opened a page from the submenu and i open the menu again. When i click on the arrow to open up the submenu it directly goes the url with anchor. So it’s not opening the submenu but going back to the main-item of this submenu. After this i can open the submenu with the arrow and select a page of the submenu again.
I understand why this is but is there a fix or can you guys help me out with this issue??
Hi @timmeulendijk,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please clear and temporarily deactivate the W3 Total Cache that you are using on your website so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
Hi there,
I disabled the w3 total cache.
Best regards,
Tim
I could confirm the issue on your website but it is working fine on my website.
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Hi there,
I disabled them but still the same issue.
I don’t think this is it. It think it’s because the :after-tag on which the arrow is styled/shown is in the a-tag of the menu-item and therefor always connected to the link.
On mobile therefore it goes directly to the main item with the anchor and it tries to open the submenu… but by clicking the link you won’t see it because you are going to another page.
Do you have an example for me of a working site of yours?
And can you see with my site what i mean? The problem i’m having.

Here is our demo site URL https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/
I could confirm the issue on my test site which occurs when I visit internal pages, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.
The issue will be fixed ASAP.
In the meanwhile, you can use any of the below plugins to display the mobile menu.
