    I am experiencing an issue with the Accordion Feature and embedding videos.

    It is in relation to another plugin/LMS solution we’ve implemented called Access Ally.

    I’ve reviewed this issue with them and they said they won’t offer any support and to contact the theme builder for help.

    Your shared video link is not accessible so please share it again.

     

    Could you please clear and temporarily deactivate the WP Rocket cache that you are using on your website so that I can troubleshoot it?

     

    Also, please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme.
