Good morning
I’m changing the counter shortcode. I’ve duplicated it inside my theme child (jevelin-child/framework-customizations/extensions/shortcodes/shortcodes/counter), and changed the code, but nothing change in the page. Is there anything else i have to do to get the change?

I did the same on my test website and it is getting changed for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please make sure that you have activated the child theme and using the counter element of Unyson page builder.

Sorry i mean the WP Bakery page builder. Well, i’m using the wpbakery page builder, but tested the Unyson page builder and nothing change. plus i’m using a counter template… no results.
I imagine it’s my fault but theres nothing different in shortcode’s path. I tried changing other shortcodes and also couldn’t.

The counter element on the path /jevelin-child/framework-customizations/extensions/shortcodes/shortcodes/counter/ is of Unyson page builder so it won’t change the counter element of WPBakery Page builder.
The theme doesn’t change the counter element of the WPBakery Page Builder so you won’t find it in the theme files.
