    Hi,

    I have been building a site on the jevelin theme. I bought the theme because it claimed to be mobile friendly. The site is not loading properly on mobile at all, formats are way off, cannot scroll and the menu does not load properly. dev.thevcc.tv is the site

    I visited your shared website on mobile and it displays fine for me as shown in the attached screenshots.

    Hi, the issue is that the page is unresponsive and will not scroll. Please advise. Thank you.

    Also, I upgraded to the latest version of the theme per your advice to other users with the same issue and upgrading versions did not help the scroll issue. Please provide a solution as I am looking to push the site live soon. Thank you.

    As said above, I don’t see any scroll issue on your website so could you please tell me how to see the issue or share screenshot/video of the issue that you are getting?

     

    Which device and browser are you using to test it?

     

    Please try testing it using a different browser.
