Hello,
I got an email that an update is available on the Jevelin theme. How does this work? I can’t find it when I go to the Themeforest site? Doesn;t it apaer in WordPress, so I can update it there??

I am working with a child theme, does the update also update the child theme or does this give problems?

This update is for Jevelin theme and there is never an update for the child theme.

Hi,
I did the update and now all custamization I did and settings I had put in disappeard. I downloaded the backup they mentioned in the above plugin is that a way to solve this?
How could this happen? NOrmally when updating the parrent theme, this problems shouldn’t occur isn’t it?
Please help me / let me know!

Ps. see attachments where you can see the jevelin logo, shopping cart and footer are back!
I visited your website and saw you are using the latest theme version but still header & footer is displaying fine as shown in the attached screenshots.
