    Hi support,

    The mobile version of our site’s homepage doesn’t scroll down once the site loads.

    We are using the theme version 4.6.9 which is the latest version that shows on the Envato Market plugin.

    How can we fix the scrolling issue?

    Hi @audiospringmusic,

     

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    This is happening because you are using the slider which has a large height on mobile.

     

    Please try setting Slider Revolution option “Touch Enabled” to off as described in the below page.

    Thank you! Looks like under Touch settings there was a toggle for Block Scroll which was blocking the ability to scroll down on the revolution slider. I turned it off and its all set now.
