    How do I make the menu items show up correctly?

    Could you please tell me which header template you are using on your website as shown in the attached screenshot?

     

    Also, could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

    It seems from your shared screenshot that this is happening because of the custom header template that you are using so instead please use any other header templates such as Header 1 or Header 2.

    It was the menu location.

     

    Anyway, how do I get rid of the green parallax when scrolling? I want the red I added.

    You can change the hover color by adding the following CSS code in the Custom CSS code option of your theme on the below path.

     

    Admin Area -> Appearance -> Theme Settings -> Custom Code -> CSS Code

     

    #page-container .sh-back-to-top:hover {
        border-color: #e45966 !important;
        background-color: #e45966 !important;
