Hi,
I have a problem with installing the Health Demo. The demo installs without the background images. Therefore, the demo has not completely imported and I have tried all the troubleshooting in the forum for jevelin.

Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme and import the demo content again.
If you are still facing the issue then could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?

The issue has not been solved with the above update. I’ve removed the previous theme and installed this one but the same issues exist. I hope you can solve this issue ASAP.

As requested above If you are still facing the issue then could you please share your site URL where it’s happening?
Also, would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting by importing the demo content? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
