    Jevelin theme – the animated heading in WPBakery has stopped working. I have updated the theme. Deleted WPBakery plugin and installed from install plugins tab in theme settings – still not working.

    Could you please clear and temporarily deactivate the W3 Total Cache that you are using on your website so that I can troubleshoot it?

    Can you let me know if we can turn W3 Total Cache back on?

    Yes you can activate the W3 Total Cache plugin bu just make sure to clear or purge its cache.

    Hi Shufflebound,

    I spoke too soon – turned it back on, cleared all caches – text is still missing.

    Any ideas?

    Do you mean it only displays after deactivating the W3 Total Cache plugin?

     

    If yes then it seems the misconfiguration issue of W3 Total Cache plugin so please contact the W3 Total Cache plugin support to resolve it.
