It seems there have been some updates to the jevelin theme I purchased and the theme has since broken on my site. How do I install these new updates and ensure the theme is no longer broken? Attached is a screen shot of what my site looks like now.
Also is there a way to automatically install these updates when they come out in the future?
Hi @djmetz,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.
It seems there have been some updates to the jevelin theme I purchased and the theme has since broken on my site. Attached is a screen shot of what my site looks like now.
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Please make sure that you have activated the theme required plugins from the below path.
Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
How do I install these new updates and ensure the theme is no longer broken?
You can download the below latest version of the theme and update it on your website as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/

Also is there a way to automatically install these updates when they come out in the future?
You can install and configure the plugin below to get automatic updates.

Best regards,
Shufflehound team
The site isn’t live now but it is https://panamafreediving.com/. I just have a splash page up now until it is ready.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
No problem.
Thank you for sharing the site credentials.
I logged into your website and resolved the issue by updating the theme to the latest version.
Could you please confirm it?
It looks partially fixed. The header and menu are still not looking correct. Here is what I’m seeing.
It is displaying fine for me as shown in the attached screenshot.
Please test it clearing your browser cache or using a different browser.
Also, can we turn on automatic updates for the theme so this doesn’t happen again?
You can install and configure the below plugin to get automatic theme updates.

Ok yes, it does look fixed on my end now. Thank you.
As for the auto-updates I have the plugin installed but I don’t see a way to configure them to occur.

The plugin Settings Page allows you to configure your Envato API Personal Token. This API Token is generated from build.envato.com and will allow WordPress to securely receive item updates.
Once the Envato API connection is made from the Settings page, a list of available Themes will be shown. This will list all WordPress Themes that have been purchased through the Envato Market / ThemeForest.
Please refer to the attached screenshots.
