I do know, that someone at my company duplicate the “contact page” and while changing the content (of the new created page) switched from one page builder to another a couple of times… Could have that erased the content of the other pages?

Yes, that causes to erase the content of the page.

Please note that you can only edit the page using the same page builder that you used to create it so if you have used WPBakery or Unyson or Gutenberg or any other page builder then please use the same page builder to edit the page.

Do not switch between page builders or else you will lose the content so choose the page builder that you want to use initially when you create the article content.

You can restore your older working version of the page from the revisions that you will find on the page edit screen.

NOTE: By disabling the Brizy plugin, the footer appeared. So now the site is blank but with a footer.

But there is more. Then, after importing the demo again it does not appear on the home page (like it did the first time around), meaning is like there is NO default template (is like it is empty).

Your shared website is not publicly accessible so would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

Also, please tell me which demo content you want to import.

And the WP Bakery cannot be updated: “To receive automatic updates license activation is required”

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and then update the plugin from the below path.

Admin Area -> Appearance -> Install Plugins
