I’ve read that this issue was resolved in the latest version of theme, so I’ve  updated the theme to the latest version as described in the forum but I still can’t load the demo on the home page. If you need me to, I’ll share my site’s credentials so you can take a look at it.
I’ve also read somewhere that the demo importer doesn’t replace content and if that is the problem (this being the second time I am importing this demo) I wouldn’t know how to fix it since I know nothing about programming. Please help me!

    Hi @EM,

Sorry to hear about the problem you are having.

Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team

Thank you so much for your reply! The new admin user (and password) is in the private information field as requested 😉
    Hope you can help me.

Thank you for sharing the details.

I logged into your website and everything seems configured correctly.

Could you please delete all the content on your website using the below plugin and reimport the demo content?

    Solution for this topic

    Thank YOU for your answers!
    The problem was solved;)
Keeping your reply in mind, and before erasing everything, I tried importing a different demo (just to test what might happen) and when I noticed that it was installed correctly, I undestood that the problem was that the software just wasn’t replacing the original demo because it had the same home page name … so, I just erased the home page of the original demo (the one I wanted to install) and imported it again afterwards and that was it, all done 😉
    Thanks again!

Awesome great to see you got that solved.

Please advise if you have more questions.

    Have a fantastic day!
