After updating WordPress and Jevelin on several sites I manage,
I cannot access the Backend settings for the theme – I just get a blank page
Also, the footer on one of the websites has disappeared
Hi @LoriBeeArt,
I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
Best regards,
Shufflehound team
I have a few websites I manage. All built with Jevelin, but have so far only updated two of them and am loathe to do the others if this problem persists.
lalisilver.co.za – fully updated – click on jevelin settings at the top of the page and get a blank
eastanglianwatercolourists.co.uk (seaw) – also fully updated – same blank settings.
Footer missing despite being enabled
see screenshots below
This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson, Redux framework and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
