Hi
I would like to put my phone adress and email on the footer so when people click on it they can instantly call or email me. How should I do that?

You don’t need to use the CSS anywhere.
Just use the URL in the Link field as shown in your second screenshot in your initial reply.

You can’t delete the ticket.
Only forum admin can delete the ticket but it is only done for the specific case if it is highly required.
This is a private forum for the theme users so it is not accessible publicly.
