Home › Forums › Gillion Theme › How to modify the footer in AMP
Hi,
On the AMP mode, there is one extra line in the footer:
“WordPress Theme built by Shufflehound”
How can we remove this line?
We are on Gillion(Version: 4.0.2)
Thanks š
Thanks,
It did the trick.
On another topic, can you please take a look at the source code of our website. As you can see, the URL of the WP Admin panel is shown in the source code.
How can we make sure such data is not shown in the source code?
added more details.
To remove them, you have to disable the Back To Top button in the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshots.
If you have upgraded to the Redux framework then please make sure that you deactivated the Unyson plugin on your website.
I deactivated the Unyson plugin, but the issue still persists.
what else should I do?
Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?
Unfortunately, it’s not possible.
could you please tell me where else should I look?
by the way, I looked up the “<span class=”html-attribute-value”>sh-login-popup-content-login</span>” class and found a couple of other websites that have the same problem and are using Gillion theme. I mean their admin URL is visible in the source code.
Solution for this topic
You can remove it from the theme footer.php file as shown in the attached screenshot.
It’s fixed. Thanks
You are most welcome here š
Can you please help us with this one too?
How can we remove “shufflehound_footer-sitemap.xml” from the sitemap?
(If we need to post it on a separate topic, please let us know!)
I found the answer. It can be done via the Yoast settings.
Awesome great to see you got the answer found.
Please advise if you have more questions.
Have a fantastic day!
Hey š
Can you please let us know how we can delete the “Leave a Comment” button in AMP mode? We have completely disabled commenting on our WP website.
To help us keep the support thread separates could you please create a new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add a reference to this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you with your new thread.
