    Hi

    The Shufflehound Information widget has a url field that should make my image clickable.

    However it does not work with a url in there.

    Would appreciate any help on this please

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

     

    I could confirm the issue on my test site therefore notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.

     

    The issue will be fixed ASAP.

    Does anyone from Shufflehound support know when this is going to be fixed. This kind of support is really frustrating as I need a fix to this issue. It’s ben a while.

    Who are the support for this theme?

    The issue is fixed in the theme which will be released soon.

     

    In the meanwhile you can use the attached updated theme.

    Thanks for that. I had to have my theme set up by one of Envato programmers. Will installing the theme again default my settings?

    Your advice would be welcome.

    No it won’t default your settings but do take backup of your site so that if anything goes wrong then you can revert it.

     

    Also you can just replace the following image directory in your theme with the updated shared theme directory which contains recent changes.

     

    /jevelin/inc/widgets/image/
