    I’m trying to add a timeline to my page, but every time I try saving it, a popup window with a “error: undefined” message appears. After that it seems like the entire website crashes for a while, and I have to wait a few minutes to do anything again.

     

    Trying to edit the timeline again after the undefined error makes the window look as the attached image.

    Hi @alesnora,

     

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

     

    Please make sure you are using latest version of theme and plugins on your site.

     

    This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.
