    As stated in a previous ticket, the Jevelin theme has been responsible for multiple breaks in the security of the site. I need to request a refund of the license issued earlier this month.

    Since there is no obvious option in my profile area for this I am using this method, if you have link to a page where such a request needs to be made please share it.
