    Hi, please check my purchase code and point it to the right site, as now it is showing “Invalid purchase code”

    We tested the purchase code and it seems fine.

    When entering the purchase code in a new site it should transfer automatically.

     

    Maybe there is an issue connecting to our servers. In that case could you please share login details yo our website, so that we can test it? (you can share them in the private information field)
