Hi,
Apologies I’m not sure exactly when Google Maps stopped working, but I’ll give you a run down of the changes I made before I realised they weren’t loading:
I read the article re WP Bakery Builder version 7.0 in the latest beta 5.7.2 so downloaded this beta version from the post and upgraded theme.
I then noticed Google Maps weren’t displaying at all (not sure whether they had stopped working on version 5.7 previously)
I downgraded theme by re-downloading most recent version 5.7 from theme forest.
Google Maps appear to try to load when running 5.7 from theme forest, but still don’t display.
I’ve disabled any page caching plugins, and it looks like EventOn plugin also loads google maps so I’ve disabled that too.
I can’t see any particular errors relating to maps in the developer console when running 5.7 (I do see google maps / JQuery errors in the beta 5.7.2)
I see another post where perhaps there is a known issue?
Kind regards,
Jonathan
Just to add; the Google Cloud Console hasn’t recorded any API requests from the API key used for this website since 18th August.
Prior to 18th August there’s a fairly consistent number of requests per day.
Hi there,
Thank you for detailed information! The issue could be linked to Google’s updates from August 18th.
We added a fix that might help in the latest beta version:

Hi,
Many thanks for your note.
I’ve updated the theme to the latest beta version.
Unfortunately maps still don’t load, but I do get the following error in the developer console.
jquery.min.js:2 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘gmap3’)
at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> ((index):472:35)
at HTMLDocument.dispatch (jquery.min.js:2:39997)

at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (jquery-migrate.min.js:2:10632)

at t (jquery.min.js:2:27292)
Hope this helps
Kind regards,
Jonathan

You are welcome!
Hi Support,
Appreciate probably a different underlying issue, however Google Maps has stopped functioning in the same fashion as above, would it be possible to take a look?
Kind regards,
Jonathan
Hi there,
Oh, maybe you know approximately when this happened? That could help us to check what changes Google might have made at that time.
Additionally, did you make any changes to the maps element itself?
Best regards,
Shufflehound Team
Hi
First noticed the issue last Thursday, but I couldn’t confidently say that’s when it started – if not last Thursday I do think it started fairly recently (within the last few weeks)
I haven’t made any changes to the maps element itself
Kind regards,
Jonathan
