    So I’m new to the whole WordPress theme and didn’t realize that specific themes only work with certain ecom sites.

    I use Ecwid, and I really love the theme, but as far as I can see it’s only Woo that makes it happy.

    Ia there something Im missing that would make it work with Ecwid?

    If not, is there a way to get a refund ?

    You are right. Our theme primarily supports WooCommerce. While other e-commerce plugins might work, they may not offer the best experience.

    You can request a refund through the Themeforest panel.
