    Hi Support

    I have just purchased and installed the Jevelin theme with the latest version of WP (hosted in Azure as a WP Appservice)

    Sadly when I go to view the site I get the attached which looks like the theme is broken for the latest version of WP

    Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hi Support,

    After getting the above issue fixed I have decided that this template is too complicated and im shocked it isn’t even compatible with Guttenberg.

    As a result I am not going to use this template and would like to get a refund.  Can someone please process a refund and confirm when done.

    Hi there,

     

    We will close this issue as a refund has been given.

     

    For other users, the main issue apparent in the screenshot seems to be that the WPBakery Page Builder plugin was not active.

    I have managed to get this working now,  so please dont deactivate the licence.  If its too late to cancel that refund then do let me know and I can process another payment.

    Also, please do cc [email protected] into future replies as I will be leaving Barbour Logic from the 14th of May though still have email access for 3 months after.

    However, Dave will take over ownership of the website with your theme

    It appears we mixed up your ticket with another one, so we haven’t issued a refund, and you can continue using the theme as before. 🙂

     

    In the account settings, you should be able to change the email. Please try that.
