Hello, I attempted multiple times to install a template, making sure all the plugins were installed but i’m not able to get all the details of the template installed correctly. I attempted so many times to remove/add stuff but it looks like it just made things worst because now the content is empty.
Could you please help? How can I restart and successfully install a template?
Thank you very much,
Sou
Hi there,
Sure, we can help!
Could you please let us know exactly what is not installing correctly? If possible, attach a screenshot. That would help us assist you better.

Hi,
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly.
After I attempted to reload,delete and reload again the template, the site is now totally empty even after my last attempt to reload. I have no content and no pictures.
No point event sharing a screen shot unfortunately because the content is totally empty. I would have expected that, if empty, I would have been able to reload without issues so I’m a bit confused on why i’m not getting output.
How can i restart and getting it reloaded successfully? Can i restart? How do i do that?
Thank you,
Sou
Hi there,
Currently, we are not sure at which step of the theme setup you are experiencing the issue. Are you having trouble installing the demo content?
Also, have you tried following our YouTube setup video?

Hello,
I was able to follow all the steps but the templates never migrated successfully.
After few attempts, it looks like my attempts to clean up and reload didn’t work because i don’t see anything anymore.
Please see attachment.
Thank you.

Hello again,
On the One Click Demo Import page – it is mentioned the following:
<div class=”ocdi__title-container”>
<h1 class=”ocdi__title-container-title”>One Click Demo Import</h1>
</div>
<div class=”ocdi__content-container”>
<div class=”ocdi__admin-notices js-ocdi-admin-notices-container”>
<div class=”ocdi-notices-wrapper js-ocdi-notice-wrapper”></div>
</div>
<div class=”shufflehound-dashboard-message-ocdi”>
<div class=”shufflehound-dashboard-notice”>Important: Make sure to activate the required plugins before importing a demo</div>
Importing demo data (post, pages, images, theme settings, …) is the easiest way to setup your theme. It will allow you to quickly edit everything instead of creating content from scratch.
When you import the data, the following things might happen:
<i>It is recommended to install demos on clean WordPress instalation</i> as existing content won”t be replaced and some parts of the demo may be skipped (like main content, header, footer etc)
</div>
</div>
How can i make sure that i removed everything so nothing is impacting the demo installation?
Thank you,
Sou
