Hi!

I deleted the demo slide from revolution slider and created one of my own. When i open the page on the admin side, i go to Revolution Slider Option and press on the “Choose Slide Template”. The slide i created doesn’t appear, none of those i create appear in the dropdown.

I know that i could use the shortcode but in this case the home page on the admin side is empty because it’s the blog frontpage.

I have setup a fresh copy of the latest version of WordPress, ensured all plugins are disabled.  Then while the Jevelin theme is installing I receive the error “The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.”

When I check the theme is available so I try to activate it.  I am then able to install most of the plug-ins needed except the Revolution Slider plugin always fails.

I am able to use the site for a short time until the site starts reporting errors with the theme.

I have tried this re-install several times and continue to get the same results.

Please assist with issue or let me know how to obtain a refund.

I have installed jevelin theme, all pages set up.

I would like to use one of the templates on any page e.g event – template, but the slider id 14 for this templates is not showing.  Actually, any slider :  13, 17 etc ,  included in your templates demos, in not showing. Where are these sliders?

the message shows:  “Slide not found, please select other slide”

Do I need to create a slider from scratch?

I downloaded the theme today. However, I am unable to install the slider revolution. I keep getting the attached error. I would expect that the slider revolution would work for the theme if I downloaded today. Please help.

Great theme – loving it. We want to change our site up a bit and use the second header style illustrated here: https://jevelin.shufflehound.com/header/second-header/

The problem I am having is I cannot find a way to make the header transparent. We are using slider revolution in the header to show text that fades in (and are okay with doing away with the effects if necessary) but no matter what options I try, I can’t find a way to get the menu to go transparent and for the main picture to extend all the way to the top of the page. Can you advise?

I’m trying to install the Revolution Slider plugin manually, because I’m not able to enter my FTP user/pw in WordPress.
Therefore I need to download the .zip file of Revolution Slider and extract it into my plugins folder, like I did it with all other plugins before.

As I know the Jevelin Theme has the Revolution Slider integrated and can be used for free.

But I can’t find the plugin file or a link to download it.

So what should I do now to install the Revolution Slider manually without using FTP?

Strange mobile view on my site. Rev slider doesn’t appear after loading. Refresh and it shows a tiny bar. Second refresh finally a normal view.

Within the Page Setting -> Header there is the option to switch on a Titlebar Revolution Slider. Which is the recommended size for the slider images?

Do you provide any support for Unyson plaugin and its page builder? When I use the page builder, the text snippets on the revolution slider shows just code, but no text anymore. If you do offer support, I can describe the issue in more detail.

I recall the first time I installed Jevelin theme that the Featured image would turn a transparent blue color when the mouse was hovered over it. I’ve searched high and low and changed multiple colors to try and bring back this transparent blue to no avail.

I am using Style 1 which shows the link and the show featured image icon.

1. Before.png – This is what my featured image post looks like before I hover my mouse over it. I see the image, all is good.
2. After.png – When I hover my mouse over the featured image it goes black and I only see the link and image icon in white. I would like the black to be transparent cyan. How do I get that back?

Hello,

In the list of installed plugins I get the notification that there is an update for the revolution slider plugin. I get asked to “Activate Slider Revolution”, but the plugin is already activated.

How can I update the plugin?
