i need to know how to add advertisements
and the person was referring to the eight site Advertising image that says

Custom Vertical HeightDo you know what we are talking about?
It looks like a side widget image …
but maybe it’s not …

You can add ads in the page content using
Visual page builder.Q – is that the Visual tab left of the Text tab?
Cause I press on that and I’m looking at a blank page …
NB – I’ve been using WP since the 2.0 iteration – the Duke …
And I’ve been using all kinds of per-populated templates etc…
Some authors love detailed explanations
Obviously you’re NOT one of those
So please treat us as newbies and err on the side of oversimplification !
Or label your Advertisement Widget as THAT….
Since i bought this template 3 months ago and it’s too late for a refund
please do a walk through on how to add the banner code to your
2nd column right side

I am not sure exactly which advertisement section you are talking about but from your shared screenshot it seems you are talking about advertisement displayed in the sidebar widget.
You can use the widget provided by any of the following plugins to display advertisement in the sidebar.
