Is there a way to slow down the animated typing effect on the ‘heading animation’ element?

Currently, there isn’t any option to control the speed of heading animation so you have to develop custom code to achieve this.
Can you give me a clue if the duration is set by the CSS or JS so I can try and adjust it myself?
It is set by the JS.
