When searching my name on google (SEO). there comes my name with subpages I have on my website. I’m seeing there ‘Archive’ but thats not on my website.
How can I remove that?

I did but where can i delete?

You have to contact Google search support to remove them from the search engine.
The theme does not have anything to do with it.
I previously did, i could remove that page or page name within the theme. But cant find where or how I did it the previous time.
