Hello again,
I have another issue with the header. The header does not show and cannot change/add a new header on the WPBakery. Please see attachment.
Do you perhaps know how I can resolve this?

Thank you for your question.
You can configure the header from the theme header settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
If you are using the custom header then you can edit it as shown in the second attached screenshot.
