I tryed to change my backround image and logo in the Header but nth worked 🙁 can someone please tell me how i can do it? thanks a lot!

You can change it from the theme settings as shown in the attached screenshot.
Could you please share your site URL where the background image is displaying so that I can help you to change it?

okay it doesn’t work with the logo. here are my settings on the second screenshot of the pictures and logos i wanna change….

It seems you are using a custom header template so you have to change the logo image by editing the header template as shown in the attached screenshot.
You can change the background image added to the row of Wpbakery page builder by editing it as shown in the second attached screenshot.

i fixed the problem with the background after hoooours 🙁 but after the update from wordpress do i have a new problem. My Website looks empty after the update. On the WPBakery Editor everything looks normal and fine but aber the YellowPencil Editor a few party of my website are gone. The Problem is that my Website looks empty, too. How can i fix that bug?

Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme on your website.
Please clear your browser cache after updating the theme so that the latest js and CSS files will be loaded.
Could you please clear and temporarily deactivate the autoptimize cache that you are using on your website so that I can troubleshoot the issue?
