  • Hi,

When I import a demo (on a blank WordPress site) not all content is imported.

Alsto when using the WPBakery (on the page imported from the demo) and inserting a template it is thrown away when I save and exit wpbakery

Is this a known issue, or do you mabye have a suggestion for me.

    PS

I tried to deactive Unison plugin. Then all the demo content is lost, but I am able to insert from templates to the page and save it.

    Hi @HenrikAnthemisLindholm,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your questions.

When I import a demo (on a blank WordPress site) not all content is imported.

Please make sure that you are using the below latest version of the theme that contains fixes for the demo content import.

You have to click on the Default Editor button to use the WPBakery page builder if it is displayed as shown in the attached screenshot.

I tried to deactive Unison plugin. Then all the demo content is lost, but I am able to insert from templates to the page and save it.

Please note that you can only edit the page using the same page builder that you used to create it so if you have used WPBakery or Unyson or Gutenberg or any other page builder then please use the same page builder to edit the page.

Do not switch between page builders or else you will lose the content so choose the page builder that you want to use initially when you create the article content.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team
