    Hi there,

    I can’t install the Basic demo content on my site http://3cconsulting.ca

    I keep getting this error – The execution failed. Please check error.log

     

    I tried to do the fix suggested in this article – https://support.xpeedstudio.com/knowledgebase/unyson-demo-content-install-issue-the-execution-failed-please-check-error-log/ but changing the time to -20 did not work, I still get the same error.

     

    I have attached the error log and screenshot of the error. Please let me know if I should email you login details so you can see what is happening.

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

     

    It seems you missed to attach the error log and screenshot of the error so please attach it.

     

    Also please share the login details on [email protected] so that we can troubleshoot it on your site.

    Thanks, I sent an email to [email protected] last night, pleae let me know if you didn’t receive it. I have attached the error log again. Thanks.

    I also got this error when I tried to install the demo content again just now…

    Important: HTTP Loopback Connections are not enabled on this server. If you need to contact your web host, tell them that when PHP tries to connect back to the site at the URL http://3cconsulting.ca/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php and it gets the error cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 2002 milliseconds with 0 out of -1 bytes received. There may be a problem with the server configuration (eg local DNS problems, mod_security, etc) preventing connections from working properly.

    Thank you for sharing the site details but when i try to login your site then i get the error message “ERROR: Invalid username”.

     

    Please check the shared login details are correct and working fine.

    Please contact your web host regarding this issue as it is related to your web server and may be also causing the issue to install demo content.
