    Hi support,

    We are using your Jevelin eCommerce theme and came across an issue where we can’t scroll down the homepage if we are viewing it on mobile phone.

    Could you help us fix this?

    Could you please update the theme to the below latest version?

    Also, please make sure that you are using latest version of the plugins.

     

    This can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    Hi support, we are currently using the most up to date version of Jevelin but still have the issue that we can’t scroll down the homepage when viewing through mobile phones.

    What can we do to fix this issue?
