Hello Jevelin Support team at Shuffle Hound.
I just loaded Jevelin Word Press template 4.5.7 an it did not fix the bug as you say it does. Did you even test the build? It has been months and no fix.
Is there another version that does fix the bug that I can load today?
If not – I would like to get my money back at this point and file a complaint with Envato Theme Forrest. As your support team has not fixed the category filters.
4.5.8 beta code you just sent me I installed. Guess what, it does not make the category filters work properly. It did not fix it. Why did you send it to me if you didn’t test it for yourself first?
When can you give me the code to fix this issue that is over 2 months old? I pay extra for the support at shuffle hound and dev fixes. Nothing is happening at all?
I am beginning to think no real fixes will come of this? Shuffle hound is not really relaying information to the developer. Who is to blame???
Please share the developers direct contact information. Otherwise I will be putting in a complaint tonight on Envato and Theme Forrest. Next, I will also go to other web sites where the product is sold. I will leave my negative experiences with Jevelin Theme and it’s paid for support model.

We have tried multiple fixes for your specific issue, though none of them have successfully fixed it till now. We will add more fixes on the next Jevelin update, which should be live in the upcoming days (tomorrow or day after that). Hopefully we will finally fix it.
Also can you please renew access data to your website? We would like to test it directly from your site, but it can’t be accessed anymore with login details in previous replies.
