I was changing content in the customise footer section and as soon as I clicked publish, it started saying

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Could you please tell me which browser are you using and have you tried using different browser when you got this error?

Shufflehound teamI’ve been using chrome but it’s just happened again. I followed the tips on the link you sent and even changed to edge to see if that would made a difference but I’m having the same issue!
Would you mind if i log in to your site and do some troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please share me your site log in details privately by adding them in the box having text “Click here to share private content. Only you and forum moderators will be able see it.”?

Hi, apologies I didn’t see this message.
I’m having another issue on my site – it just won’t load at all now – I’ve tried every browser. I made one change, it was fine and then didn’t work. If you could log on and resolve the issue that would be great. This website has to be up and running by Friday so I’m really panicking as I’ve had a lot of issues!
