    I have an issue with the shipping in checkout.

     

    My setup: Some items have a flat rate, other items have free shipping.

     

    Whatever I try, in the checkout window there is a choice between flat rate and free shipping. So even for items that should be charged a flat rate for shipping, the customer can choose free shipping.

     

    How can I achieve that for the items that require a flat rate, the flat rate automatically pops up under shipping. And that for the items that have free shipping only the free shipping pops up?

    You can configure it in the product shipping settings as shown in the attached screenshot.

    That’s exactly what I did. Whatever checkout class I select, I always have  the selections as on the initial picture I posted.

    In the free shipping condition please make sure you have set valid rule as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    Please share me the screenshot of it.

     

    Could you please share me the products URLs from your site which have free shipping available so that i can troubleshoot it?

    Free shipping rules attached (set with advanced free shipping). The items that use free shipping are also mentioned in the screenshot

    I am not getting that Advanced Free Shipping Conditions functionality.

     

    Are you using any plugin for that?

     

    Have you tried using builtin free shipping conditions as i have shown in my above screenshot?

    Advanced Free Shipping is indeed a plugin. I have tried using the builtin free shipping conditions but this didn’t change the outcome.

     

    I have deactivated the plugin and still get ALL the payment codes for the items.

     

    I’ve attached the following pics:

    • Flat Rate settings
    • Free Shipping Settings
    • Shipping settings for a certain product
    • Checkout for this product

    As you can see with checkout I see ALL the shipping methods, included calculated shipping , free shipping , …

    Was able to figure it out with table rates.
