Hi,
My contact form was working before I launched and now it no longer works. Can you please help me figure out why I’m not getting emails? It’s crucial to us as a lot of traffic is already hitting the website.

Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.
Are you getting emails from your site like user registration or comments posted?
Please use following plugin to test whether your site sends email successfully.

Have you configured the contact form settings correctly and is the contact form test email getting sent?

Thank you for the prompt response. I have checked through that email and don’t seem to be receiving anything. Would you be able to login to my account and see what’s going on?

If you are not receiving email from that plugin then it’s your WordPress site issue and not contact form issue so please troubleshoot and fix the issue as described on the following pages.
