    Hello,

    I’ve added acceptance field to my form built using Contact Form 7 but as you can see eg. here: http://test.otimo.pro/kontakt (see attachment) the acceptance field that you need to mark is not aligned with the text assigned to the acceptance field. Can you please help me out with that?

    Tough we just tested it and it seems that the [acceptance] tag works fine in our test site. We tried to test your website link, but it seems that the acceptance tag is now missing. Can you please share a new link?
