    Hi,

    This is regarding the theme’s built in form.

    The form itself works, but after I click the send button the form elements disappear and I get the successful send message. How do I keep the form elements displayed after form submission?

    If you want to display the form after submitting then you can instead use the below plugin and form provided by it.
