Home › Forums › Jevelin Theme › Contact form error “Could not send the email” using SMTP
Hello,
I have an issue when using the contact form.
The error message I get is “Could not send the email” when going under setting and test email.
The detailed I have used is correct as it works when used on WP Mail SMTP (Setting “other”), I have successfully sent and received an email from their plugin.
Note that using wp-mail setting I don’t get an error message but I don’t receive the email in my mail. Most likely because it is sent by PHP which doesn’t work well.
Besides, I have successfully used Kali form sending emails with the same details, but the style is a bit off so I prefer using the Jevelin contact form.
Cheers,
Danielle
Help is much appreciated!
Many thanks,
Danielle
