    Hi,

    https://weatherall-uk.com/clarex-optical-cast-acrylic/weatherall/

For some reason the hamburger menu does not seem clikable on smaller screen devices such as iPhones 6,7,8 can we see why this is?

Also, on contact forms the client wants to change how emails are sent to avoid them going to spam.

So I think this involves using the ‘mailer’ option, for which I have entered the IP into the server address, but they have told me there is no need for a user name or password as its ‘open’ and when I try and use the form in this manner it throws an error. How can we get around this?

    Thks

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Please clear and temporarily disable the autoptimize and WP-Super-Cache plugins that you are using on your site and make sure to use the below latest version of the theme.

Are you using your domain specific email ID on your site or the hosted service such as gmail?

    Which error are you getting?

    Best regards,

Hi the email error just says ‘Oops something went wrong. Could not send the email’ I’d imagine you can test this directly also from the contact us page.

It looks like it tries to add user name and password details into the backend, but only the IP should be needed.

Also, how do I update WP Bakery to the latest version, delete and readd?

I have done what you suggest for the hamburger menu, will ask the client to test and come back to you.

    Thks

Do you get an email sent by Check Email plugin or any other email from your site such as a comment or user registration email?

You can troubleshoot and fix the email not getting sent issue as described in the below pages.

    Hi,

I think you’re missing the point. The issue in sending emails is when using your form as seen here

    https://pasteboard.co/I4U34Ob.png

The form works if we use the wp-mail options , but not the SMTP options, it lets the IP be added, but seems to want to force the username and password to be entered which isn’t required. At this point the error I mentioned above happens. Can you offer a solution for this please?

Then is it ok for your to use the wp-mail options?

The contact form SMTP fields require username and password. They are not optional.

If the Unyson contact form doesn’t fulfill your requirements then you can create and use the contact form using the below plugin.
