    Hello,

    I’ve tried changing and saving the contact info in my top bar header but, it is not changing from the default – nothing I’ve tried works and I have the latest version installed. Pls see the attachments.  How can I get this to work please or manually fix it.

    Hi @JohnA,

     

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    It seems from your shared screenshots that you are using a custom header template created using WPBakery page builder so you have to change it by editing the header template as shown in the attached screenshot.
