    Hi,

     

    May I know, if I would like to make the Contact Form as attached, how do I do it with the theme?

    Are you referring the subscribe newsletter form or the Contact Sales button displayed in the right side of your shared screenshot?

    Solution for this topic

    The theme doesn’t provide that functionality as it is in plugin territory so you can achieve it either searching & using plugin for it or develop custom code to achieve this.
