    My Issue:

    i) Old Site  – Jevelin Theme activated. But old version of wordpress and php and maria db with Ubuntu OS.

    So i have deactivated Jevelin License theme. I was successful.

    ii) New Site – I am trying to use the same Jevelin License in new site which i have deactivated in old site.  I am getting below error

    The provided purchase code was not found. Please check the code and try again! If needed contact our theme support here

    I am using Gooogle cloud provider.

    Please clarify my issue.

    Hi there,

     

    The license should work in either way as our system will automatically remove old license. So in this case it seems that your website have issues connecting to our server.

    Would it be possible to login to your website and debug it for you? (you can enter login data in the private field)
