    Hi,

I have imported the event homepage template to create this landing page: https://www.thelondonschool.it/evento-di-formazione-inglese-per-aziende-vicenza/

Under the heading ‘save the date’ I have added a countdown element, to which I have sat date, colours and font height in px (see attached screenshot). However, as you can see from the attached screenshot the countdown does not appear. I have tried moving it to other parts of the page, but it doesn’t show either.

I am currently running Jevelin 4.4.1 and I have used Unyson to build the page.

    Hi @thelondonschool,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

I visited your shared site and saw it is displaying some javascript errors in the browser console.

Please try clearing and temporarily disabling the W3 Total Cache cache that you are using on your website.

Also, this can be due to plugin conflict on your site so please try temporary deactivating all plugins except Unyson plugin and WpBakery page builder plugins and see whether everything works fine and then enable the plugins one by one to see which plugin is conflicting if any.

    Best regards,
    Shufflehound team
