Hi, I have enabled the custom 404 page from theme settings and has cleared cache. But I am getting the default 404 page with this error
The requested URL was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Solution for this topic
The issue was fixed when i changed the permalink structure from default to post name. Please go ahead and close this ticket
