    Hi there,

    I’ve installed the newest Jevelin Version with the Home Nature demo. The Home Nature theme didn’t provide a header menu in WPBakery and so I imported the finances demo to have a WPBakery header. However I’m unable to style the font-types, colours or anything else in the Jevelin Customization options as I’m met with a “There has been a critical error on this website.” message.

    I’ve tried going through the “Customize WordPress” route but that also doesn’t provide success.

    I logged into your website and reset the theme settings that resolved the issue.

     

    Could you please confirm it?

    Hello! Thanks for the response.

    Unfortunately not, when I make changes and click “Save changes” I’m met with the same issue:

    I could confirm it.

     

    Can you please try temporary enabling WP_DEBUG mode? To do this, just go to wp-config.php include this:

     

    define('WP_DEBUG',true);

     

    You might already have a line for WP_DEBUG, so just make sure it’s set to true.

     

    Let me know what errors if any you are getting when you face this issue.

    I changed the value to true and when I logged into my WP dashboard, I got the following messages (attached):

    Unfortunately the updated theme hasn’t solved anything. I think I will have to remove and reinstall completely.

    Solution for this topic

    I logged into your website and saw you were still using the older theme version 5.1 so I updated it to the latest version 5.1.1 which seems to resolve the issue.
