Are you importing the demo content as described below?
Could you please share the screenshot of the timeout error that you are getting so that I can help you?

I can see in your shared screenshot that it is a 504 Gateway Timeout Error which usually caused when a server is unable to connect to an upstream server to complete a request.
We don’t have XML files of demo content.
You can resolve the issue as described on the below pages.
That’s really disappointing. Luckily the SiteGround customer service was more helpful here. I obviously googled before how to fix that error by myself. Now I almost regret having paid for your extra customer service already and assume I’ll always get an answer like ‘fix it yourself’. :-/
