    Hi guys,

After installing your theme the data import times out. I already contacted SiteGround but they said they couldn’t help and I should ask you for the xml files of the demo content. any chance to provide those?

    Thank you!

I was looking to test the magazine and news demos on my site. Thank you!

    Hi @mythaiorg,

I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

Are you importing the demo content as described below?

Could you please share the screenshot of the timeout error that you are getting so that I can help you?

    Best regards,

    Hi,

Thanks for your answer! Yes I follow those exact steps. Please see the screenshot attached.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot.

I can see in your shared screenshot that it is a 504 Gateway Timeout Error which usually caused when a server is unable to connect to an upstream server to complete a request.

We don’t have XML files of demo content.

You can resolve the issue as described on the below pages.

That’s really disappointing. Luckily the SiteGround customer service was more helpful here. I obviously googled before how to fix that error by myself. Now I almost regret having paid for your extra customer service already and assume I’ll always get an answer like ‘fix it yourself’. :-/

We tried our best to assist you but it was your server related issue and you could fix it as described above.

Please advise if you have more questions.

    More questions incoming.

The Social Counter (my-thai.org – homepage) – won’t show Facebook even after adding the app id etc. Any ideas? Thank you!

To help us keep support thread separates could you please create a new thread for each of your other questions instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.

If you want to you can also add reference to this thread in your newly created thread.

We would be more than happy to help you with your new thread.
