    Hello there ,

    I have some problem with my template jevelin-corporate.

    The demo is  not all imported and i can’t open theme settings of Jevelin at all.

    Hi @Ilda,

     

    Sorry to hear of the problem you are having.

     

    It seems your web site server is not allowing site to load following theme file causing this issue so please contact your web host to allow this.

    Still the shared file is not accessible on your site and I am getting an error message as shown in the attached screenshot.

    The file was rename form  jquery.cookie.js  to jquery_cookie.js :

    I really need those theme setting fixed  suz i can’t even put a  map in my web.

    You have renamed the file but that renamed file is not getting loaded on your site.

    My web server is running ModSecurity . By default, this blocks filenames that contain the text “.cookie”.

    This is the reason that i rename the file.

    I would appreciate it if you guys give any solution for this beyond the facts of being sorry that the template i bought does not work properly.

    You can try resolving this by using the attached custom child theme of Jevelin theme that contains custom code to rename the cookie file.
