    Dear support team,

    Unfortunately, the demo import of the “Foodie” template was not possible.

    All files are up to date. All plugins are installed. A new installation has already been carried out.

    Could you tell us why the demo import failed?

    I hope you are well today and thank you for your question.

     

    You can import foodie demo content as shown in the attached screenshot.

     

    Do you get any error when the demo import is failed?

     

    If yes then could you please share the screenshot of it?

    Dear Shufflehound  team,

    sorry for the late response.

    I did not receive an email notification.

    I have already imported the demo. The result is a white main page, see posted link.

    Any idea what I can do?

    Would you mind if I log in to your site and do quick troubleshooting? If this is ok then could you please temporarily create an admin user account and share me the account login details privately by adding them in the box having text “Enter your private content here (only you and forum moderators will be able to see it)”?

    Your shared credentials are not working for me and I am getting an error “Unbekannter Benutzername. Überprüfe ihn noch einmal oder versuche es mit deiner E-Mail-Adresse.”.

     

    Could you please make sure that the credentials are correct and working fine?

    I logged into your website and confirmed the issue.

     

    Could you please delete all your website content using the below plugin and then import the demo content?

    Yes, I did that, but it did not work.

    Your shared credentials are not working now so could you please make sure that they are correct so that I can troubleshoot more?

    Please try the new data.

     

    I could confirm the issue on your shared website and could confirm the issue on my test site, therefore, I notified the theme developer about this so that it will be fixed.

     

    The issue will be fixed ASAP.

    The issue is resolved in the below latest version of the theme so please update the theme as described here https://support.shufflehound.com/updating-theme/
