Hello,
I have tried to use install the Startup Demo using the Import Demo – One Click Demo Import function but it comes up with an error “[ERROR] Failed to import “One Click Demo Import – log_file_2018-08-14__08-25-17 ” (Media) 1 ” (Media)” every time.
All the plugins are installed and up to date. I also completely wiped my wordpress in the event that an existing plugin, image or widget was to blame however the error still comes up.
When I check the import a lot of the functions from the Startup Demo do not show. In particular the top image and button do not show.
Any ideas on what I can do to fix the error? A little disappointing that its not importing correctly.

It seems from your shared log that the Startup demo content was successfully downloaded and imported on your website.
When I check the import a lot of the functions from the Startup Demo do not show. In particular the top image and button do not show.
Could you please share your site URL where it’s happening so that I can troubleshoot it?
